Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the QuanHong Chrome extension or website at quanhong.cc (the "Service") operated by QuanHong ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using our Chrome extension or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuanHong provides a Chrome browser extension that assists users with AI-powered writing for Twitter/X. The Service includes a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro tier with expanded features unlocked via a license key purchased through our website.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use. You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or resell the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.

4. Pro License Key

Upon purchasing a Pro subscription, you will receive a license key that activates Pro features in the extension. License keys are personal and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to deactivate keys that are shared or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at QuanHongZhiNeng@163.com. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of QuanHong and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the AI generation features. We do not store or sell your generated content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuanHong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
