1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with QuanHong Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at QuanHongZhiNeng@163.com with your order ID or transaction number and the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Subscription Renewals

If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You will retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

5. License Key Deactivation

Upon processing a refund, your Pro license key will be deactivated and the extension will revert to the free tier.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds may be subject to Paddle processing timelines. For payment-related questions, you may also contact Paddle support directly.
